About Me
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to building strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families. My professional experience spans crisis stabilization, forensic psychiatry, outpatient mental health care, and consultation-liaison medicine. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked for several years as a registered nurse in mental health settings—experiences that profoundly shaped my compassion, clinical insight, and commitment to this work.
My mission is simple: to provide care that is accessible, affordable, holistic, and centered on you. I believe meaningful healing involves more than managing symptoms. It requires understanding the whole person and nurturing the connection between mind, body, spirit, and environment.
Together, we create a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. This may include medication management, therapeutic support, optional spiritual care, nutritional guidance, and practical self-help tools. Above all, I am committed to listening with empathy, fostering trust, and walking alongside you at every step of your journey.
My hope is that through our work together, you will experience greater peace, improved well-being, and the ability to live a life that feels balanced, purposeful, and fulfilling.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading, gardening, running, and spending quiet time in prayer. These practices bring me balance, peace, and renewal—values I strive to support and cultivate in the lives of those I serve.
My Approach
My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe healing begins within a safe, supportive relationship where you feel heard, respected, and understood.
I practice from a holistic perspective, recognizing that mental health is shaped by biological, psychological, social, spiritual, and environmental factors. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work to understand the whole person and the experiences influencing your well-being.
Care is thoughtfully tailored to your goals and may include medication management and therapeutic support. When desired, spiritual support can be incorporated in a respectful, client-centered way.
Our work together is a partnership. My goal is to empower you with insight, skills, and support so you can move toward greater balance, resilience, and lasting wellness.
